We are a small main-stream Protestant church filled with singles, couples, families with small children, and extended families.
“The quest of the Danville United Methodist Church is to find spiritual growth in study, in outreach, in prayer, in the sharing of worship, with joy and caring, practicing Christian stewardship free from concern for the material state of this church and its place in the community. We have this vision of faith for our church through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
If you spend some time with us, you may find a place among us simply immersing yourself in the worship service once a week, or singing with the choir, or working and sharing on a church dinner or other project, or after-service fellowship. We will be grateful for, and honored by, your presence.
If you find your time with us does not meet your needs, we nonetheless wish you the best and send you on your journey with the hope and prayer that, guided by the Holy Spirit, you will find your spiritual home.
